Harrison's school field trip...

So Harrison's preschool class went on a little field trip to a "farm" not too far from us... it was kind of a nasty day - but we had a good time anyway! :)

 first stop - the bounce house!

 then the corn maze

time to feed the animals - Harrison wasn't too sure about it - but ended up having a great time!

 This was the "snake" guy... he had a small snake that he let the kids touch

 a giant tortoise - that Harrison wouldn't touch...

 and a GIANT snake that the kids weren't aloud to touch!

 then they got in groups and built a scarecrow!

 a random horse... and some pigs....

 and zebra?!?!

 I can't tell if the kids liked it - or if they were just confused! :)

and I tried to get a picture of Harrison - but he did not want to participate...

Harrison's first trip to the dentist!

So I know most of my friend's kids have already been to the dentist - but I kept asking my dentist - and they said that as long as the kids take care of their teeth - and they're not having any problems - we didn't have to go until he was 4... so here we are - our first trip to the dentist!!!!  

This was a very different experience for me.... see - I've gone to the same dentist my entire life!!  Had the same hygienist my entire life... and my dentist office is very small!  There are only 2 dentist - and 3 hygienist ... however Corey goes to one of those huge dentist offices - and since my dentist is about 30 miles away (that's right - don't judge... I only go twice a year so I don't mind the drive!) we just decided to go to Corey's dentist!  When we walked in I was a little throw off - this place had a waiting room bigger than my entire dentist office.... then when they called us back I was REALLY thrown off by the super long hall - with about 50 hygienist "cubbies" - WOW!!!  It was really crazy - I have literally never seen anything like it in my life!  Anyway - that's not really important - Harrison had a great visit - and had NO CAVITIES!!!  He even got his first fluoride treatment - and did a great job!!!

Millie turns 1 - Part 3!

That's right - you heard me - PART 3!!  haha!  So this will be a quick post... but since we had Millie's birthday party about a week early - here are a couple quick pictures from her ACTUAL b-day!

 First thing in the morning....

 I'm imagining her thinking something like - 

"why in the world does this crazy lady have a camera in my face FIRST thing in the morning?!?!"

Showers...

Like I said - October was REALLY busy... here are some quick pictures from two showers I went to...  the first couple are from Aunt Brittoni's bridal luncheon - Millie was there - so of course I had to get some shots of her!

 Brittoni's cousin loved Millie - and as you can tell Millie loved her too!  So sweet!

Now on to Katie's baby shower...

 the other fabulous hosts had a craft day (we had a birthday party to go to so I didn't get to help) and MADE all of these decorations!  It was really cute!

 and the table decorations were the dessert - cookie pops!
